Council Meetings

Held at 7:00 p.m. in Hilliardton Hall on the third Wednesday of each month or at the call of the Reeve. All meetings are open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend. Those wishing to address Council should contact the Clerk and will need to complete a Council Delegation Request Form. Any materials to be presented at the meeting need to be submitted by noon the Wednesday prior to the meeting. Agenda’s, minutes, and materials are available for public review.
